1. Privacy:
        We know your privacy is important to you and Swiftfire.org is committed to protecting your information.
2. The information we need.
        When you place an order, we will ask for your contact information (i.e., name, shipping address, and e-mail address) and, if you are paying by credit card, financial information (like credit card number and expiration date.) We have partnered with a credit card processing company to assist us in processing your payment; however, that company does not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. The information you provide us is used for processing and fulfilling your order and contacting you if we have problems processing your order.
    Though we make every effort to preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law and when we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process.
3. What we do with your information?
        The private information that you give us when you place an order or utilize one of our special services is used to process and fulfill your order or request. This information may be combined with other personally identifiable information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) available from our records and other sources. This information will be used to make our future marketing efforts more helpful and relevant to you.

        Swiftfire.org is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the personal information you give us, such as your billing, shipping and e-mail addresses, to process and keep you informed of your order. You may, from time to time, receive information from us about new features, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable. Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your e-mail address with any other company for marketing purposes.
5. Choice to opt out of marketing or newsletter mailing lists.
        If you are no longer interested in receiving announcements and other marketing information from us, each email sent to you will have a link which takes you to a page with instructions about how to remove yourself from our online shopping mailing list (as apposed to our newsletter mailing list which is handled differently).
    To remove yourself from the newsletter mailing list you must go to our web site http://www.swiftfire.org and select the "mailing list" which will give you and option to unsubscribe from our mailing list.
6. How we protect your information?
        When you shop at Swiftfire.org, secure server encrypts all of your personal information (including name, address and credit card information) before it gets to us, and protects it against any unauthorized access. All secure pages are earmarked by an 'https' address instead of an 'http' address. All our pages that have an 'https' address are secure and protected (e.g. while you place an order).
7. Your agreement:
        By using our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in this privacy policy.
8. Do you share my personal information?
        Swiftfire.org is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the private information you give us, such as your billing, shipping and e-mail addresses, to process and keep you informed of your order. We do not share your information with any third party.
9. How do I order from you without putting my credit card online?
        Place your order online then mail your Check or Money Order to the address listed in the "Contact Us" section of this site.  Check/Money Orders accepted on orders shipping to United States addresses only. Payments received for orders shipping outside the United States will not be accepted.
10. What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
        Do to the nature of our products all sales are final and no refunds are given.  If an item is proven to be defective due to a manufacture defect we will make every effort to replace that defective item, based on our inventory.  If a defective item cannot be replaced, at our discretion we will choose a similar produce based on price or description as a replacement.  At our discretion we may also opt to refund the purchase price.  Shipping costs are not refundable.
11. Refunds or returns policy:
        Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns nor will we refund any payments.
